This ~17 minute practice has an emphasis on the core your being and was recorded live at The Arcata Presbyterian Church in Humboldt County, California on 3/29/2018 for a hatha/nidra combo class. The practice combines a juicy rotation of consciousness inspired by Richard Miller and Satyananda style archetypal images. This is one of my favorites to practice myself.
