Bedtime Nidra Floating in Space

In this 16 minute nidra that was recorded in a studio with professional equipment (so good quality sound and no background noise or snoring yogi's ;-) you will be floating in space guided by dreamy sansula sounds.. there is no waking up at the end of this nidra so you can drift off in your dreamworld until the alarm will wake you up the next morning.. 

This nidra was recorded in studio 't Lab in Arnhem with the help of Peter Plijnaer..

I am light

This 26 minute nidra was recorded during my slow flow & yoga nidra class. 

The intention of this nidra is to welcome all that arises, every emotion  feeling and sensation and to release all that we wish to let go off and nourish ourselves with whatever it is we feel we need..  

We start this nidra by going to our happy and safe space, followed by connecting to the flow of breath releasing anything that doesn't serve us with every exhale. 

Autumn leaves

This 30 minute live nidra was recorded during one of my yoga classes. It is an invitation to let go of all things that don't serve us any longer, just like the trees let go of their leaves to prepare for winter season. It is also an invitation to tune in with the energy of autumn, taking a walk in a beautiful forest, connecting with the wisdom of the trees and the silence of nature.

Journey through the Chakra's

This is a live recording of a 29 minute nidra delivered during my yoga class. The intention is to take you on a journey through the chakra's. Connecting with every chakra and recharging energy during a special rotation of consciousness spreading colors through different parts of the body.

This live recording of this 28 minute 29 second nidra is the second nidra I created for a circle of women with burn out symptoms. 

This nidra is an invitation to let go of the thinking mind, to go beyond the thinking mind and connect to the heart energy. And to even go in a little deeper and drop into the essence of your being, to come home to yourself.

Magical Garden

This 27 minute nidra was recorded during the third live session of my case study. 

It was created for a group of women with burn out with the intention to go to a happy, magical garden of imagination and to fully let go of any negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, anxiety and feelings of stress. Also with the intention to recharge with life force energy (prana) lying in the warm summer sun. 

There are background bird sounds in this nidra..

Recharge with the healing energy of the full moon

This 27 minute nidra was recorded during my one of my yoga nidra classes.  

The intention of this nidra is to create a place of rest and invite for a reconnection with the breath and the energy of the full moon. 

We start with a feeling of contentment, inviting gratitude in the heart space, followed by a nourishing rotation of consciousness recharging the body with the healing energy of the full moon.

Liefdevol Hart, Ruimte vol vrede, Groene reiniging

Een Nidra met een boeddhistische inslag,  start met Liefdevolle vriendlijkheid, Blauwe ruimte vredes adem, en groene zuiverende adem. De adem verwerkt in de visualisatie.

A more buddhist like Nidra starting with unconditional love flowing from the heart, and during the visualization the breath of peace on a top of the mountain overlooking a clear blue sky, than further on while be in a really fresh green spring wood the purification Breath.
