This 10 minute nidra practice begins with a muscle tensing and releasing exercise, takes children to a safe place and guides them to connect to the safety, peace and love in their hearts. The recording is accompanied by the gentle healing and calming sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. This live recording was made in December 2020 besides my 11 year old son for all children having to navigate life with school closures and uncertainty.

This is my 15 minute Nidra based on a visualisation journey to meet a child of our mind. It was my TYN course assessment Nidra that I gave in the shrine room of a Tibetan Buddhist centre in South London to a room of 40 ppl - my largest Nidra yet - a blessing to have the opportunity to offer this.x
