I live in Venice, Italy. I have been practicing Yoga for many years and teaching since 2008. I love Yoga Nidra and consider it a great gift and a treasure, a real sadhana, so it has become part of my practice and of my life. I often include Yoga Nidra during my classes and I regularly organize Yoga Nidra events (generally on Sunday mornings) for small groups.
