Contact derval@sui.ie Derval’s interest in mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and breathwork was inspired by her life challenges. She suffered from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) in early adulthood, chronic fatigue and MCS (multiple Chemical Sensitivity) in her thirties. Having learned the hard way (on many occasions) Derval has a real passion for sharing the simplicity, common sense approach, and ease of mindfulness,Yoga Nidra and breathwork with others. She has been practising Yoga Nidra, on and off, for well over twenty years, and practising mindfulness for twelve years, and breathing since 1966 :) She has a deep love of her country, and the ‘down to earth’ nature of Celtic spirituality.
