Olga Chwa has been a holistic bodyworker for decades: yoga teacher, dancer, massage therapist and anatomy geek. She has had the honor to collaborate with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, serving as co-teacher of the Total Yoga Nidra Immersion course multiple times in the United States as well as in Poland. Before Covid, she was a full-time self-employed hands-on in-person somatic mechanic. Now she works by telephone and video-chat to deliver a comparable level of personal care: from the musculoskeletal to the spiritual for her clients around the world.
