I completed the Total Yoga Nidra Teacher & Facilitator Training in 2018 with Uma at 1440 Multiversity.  The location, surround by the forest, was ideal to fully absorb and integrate the yoga nidra practices.  I discovered Total Yoga Nidra about a year prior at a workshop with Uma and I was absolutely enchanted with the practice.  I appreciate both the structure of the practice and the evolving fluidity of Total Yoga Nidra.  I have benefited greatly from more than 2 decades of practicing yoga nidra and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to guide others in experiencing the benefits. I am an Integrative Health Practitioner focusing on women's wellness from menarche to menopause.  I have also completed Uma's Well Woman Yoga training.  I offer sound healing, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and health education and coaching sessions.  I have an MA in Integrative Health Studies and a Master of Environmental Studies degree.
