Hi I'm Henneke from ZenYo Morgendauw i'm Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher and Masseuse in Holland, I teach from home. I did my yoga training with Simon Low, Yoga Nidra training with Brabara Kundig Satyananda style, Yoga Nidra Network, and follow almost all Ben Wolff's workshops in London. and just finished part one of the Advanced Yoga Nidra training with Nirlipta Tuli in Amsterdam. I'm using Singing bowls and other sound makers.
I love Yoga Nidra, I always say I understand life through Yoga Nidra.
