A million luminous petals, each an exquisite burst of colour, the power of life is radiant here.
Come feast your eyes, lift your spirits, raise up your hearts and warm yourself by the glowing colours and vibrant hues of these truly extraordinary and mesmerising new paintings by visionary artist, Nirlipta Tuli.
Since 1981 Nirlipta Tuli MA has been making vibrant paintings expressive of meditative dream visions. The traditional geometric forms of the yantras he has been making between 1990 and 2022 made are widely recognised and revered as expressions of ‘shakti’ the power of the life force. In the past two years he has dedicated himself to creating a vast series of images of the Great Wisdom Goddesses. Their primary purpose is to act as portals for the energies of the Mahavidyas to come from there to here, from their reality to ours.
This exhibition is the first time that these immensely powerful works have been seen outside of the context of the temple sanctuary in the Cotswolds town of Stroud, where Nirlipta has been working since 2007.
To be in the presence of these extraordinary and expansive paintings is to feel the power of life herself! Come and be bathed in the radiance of these remarkable works.

On 9th December from 10am – 3pm, Nirlipta Tuli is offering a special day of Nidra, Neuroplasticity and Tatrak, to meet and meditate with the artist and yantras. It will be a restful exploration of Yoga Nidra (horizontal meditation), Neuroplasticity and Tatrak (gazing meditation).

Original artworks will be for sale direct from the artist at the exhibition, with prices ranging from £250 – £10,000. Commissions accepted.
Please be aware we are running courses in the Portico during this time and so purchases can only be made between 5 and 7pm daily.
Individual art prints, oracle decks and greetings cards will also be available to purchase, with prices ranging from £2.70 – £270.
