Welcome home to yourself.
During this one day live in person course, you will experience many things. Foremost amongst them is deep, deep rest. This is a day about nurturing yourself. In our warm and cosy yoga studio, in the garden of our home, you will be welcomed and experience a day full of nidrā practices which will enable you to leave feeling nourished, nurtured, and cherished.
This is a day of yoga nidrā treats. There will also be an opportunity to go on a lovely country walk in the surrounding fields or sitting by the wood burner in the living room. As well as these, there will be refreshments and a tasty home-cooked lunch.
The practices will be facilitated, each person having their own ‘yoga nidrā nest’ using mats, bolsters, cushions, and blankets and eye pillows. This is a day of indulgence. The yoga nidrā practices will involve deep elemental rest, using yoga nidrā as aid to sleep, a yoga nidrā exploring the neuroplasticity of the brain, as well as showing you ways of taking these practices further.
The nidrās will cover a variety of topics aimed to facilitate the title of the day, to make Yoga Nidrā Easy, to rest, to rejuvenate and restore, as well as letting go of tension, anxiety, and fatigue.
