THE FIVE DIMENSIONS OF DECOLONIZATION

This 12 hour, graduate course is intended for folx who have completed any Yoga Nidra teacher training and wish to deepen knowledge in how the principles, components and practices of decolonization can be included in your personal yoga nidra practice and in the space holding of others.

STUDY SUPPORT CIRCLE FOR ONLINE TOTAL YOGA NIDRA IMMERSION

These online sessions will hold your hand to complete the Total Yoga Nidra Online Immersion Experience. We’re excited to offer these Accountability Circles – live, online sessions, led by Olga Chwa, who will hold space for you to do the listening and practicing, encouraging you along the way, so that you ace the final assessment!

TOTAL YOGA NIDRA TEACHER & FACILITATOR TRAINING

The Total Yoga Nidra Teacher and Facilitator Training trains yoga teachers and others to teach and facilitate yoga nidra with confidence in class settings, one-to-ones, and for a range of therapeutic applications. Uniquely amongst yoga nidra trainings, it offers Total Yoga Nidra, a comprehensive, inclusive and non-dogmatic approach to yoga nidra that respects and explores not only a range of practice methods, but also acknowledges a variety of different levels of experience during yoga nidra.

YOGA NIDRA OPEN CIRCLES

This is an ongoing monthly gathering of friends and colleagues for discussion and exploration of the ethical responsibilities of facilitating yoga nidra. You are welcome to join any month you choose. Teachers from all Yoga Nidra lineages are very welcome.

BIPOC YOGA NIDRA FACILITATORS OPEN CIRCLE

We are delighted to announce that the Yoga Nidra Network will be hosting FREE monthly online gatherings for BIPOC Yoga Nidra Facilitators. Walking the talk of our ethical guidelines for the sharing of yoga nidra, we are funding our resident ethicist and Yoga Nidra teacher trainer, Yoli Maya Yeh, to offer these online circles freely to all black, indigenous and people of colour (BIPOC) who are facilitating yoga nidra. Please share this welcome news with others who may have an interest in this circle of sharing and support for BIPOC facilitators.
