Ben is a London-based yoga teacher, clinical hypnotherapist and dream yoga practitioner. He is a tutor for London-held Total Yoga Nidra teacher trainings, and a contributor to the Total Yoga Nidra Online Foundation. In Uma Dinsmore-Tuli's words, "Ben Wolff has a profound depth of experience and understanding of Yoga Nidra. He has an acute and wide understanding of contemporary scientific research into meditation, neuroscience and other fields related to Yoga Nidra."
Ben's Yoga Nidra credits include teaching at The Life Centre and at Simon Lowe's Yoga Garden Party. He also lectures with Dr Lucy Clarke and Nirlipta Tuli on Yoga and Clinical Psychology in Society to post-graduate psychology students at Salomans, Canterbury Christchurch University. Additionally he is part of the recently launched think tank Yoga 4 the NHS, and is co-course designer and co-tutor of the Total Yoga Nidra CPD day, Advanced Yoga Nidra for Teachers and Therapists. Ben also teaches breathwork at The Shala, and private group classes and one-to-ones.
Ben’s key teachers include Dr Richard Brown, Dr Patricia Gerbarg, Norman Blair, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Nirlipta Tuli, Heather Mason and Rebecca Ffrench. For Ben, discovering Nidra was a light bulb moment: it brought together all his disparate passions and tied them together in an effortless, beautiful wrapping. He did it once and had a realisation: Yoga Nidra is it and the time is now!
Ben hosts a weekly Yoga Nidra class in London's Covent Garden, where he's joined by a special guest teacher each week. This is a new gathering for our community and a focal point for Nidra as its meant to be: an hour of blissful self-care and self-love that allows you to come home to your true nature, effortlessly and beautifully amongst friends.
