Kathleen has had the pleasure of teaching yoga in Dakar since January 2018, as Founder of Mare Aura Yoga in Senegal. Her classes offer an integrated approach to yoga including carefully crafted sequencing inspired by the natural elements, pranayama, mantra and yoga nidra. What motivates Kathleen to share yoga nidra is the desire to expand the healing, empowering and transformative power of nidra shakti to help people and their communities thrive. Kathleen is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher (RTY ®200-hr) and completed her Total Yoga Nidra Teacher training in September 2018. She is also a certified pregnancy yoga teacher.  Her teachers include Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Nirlipta Tuli and Lalit Kumar.
