Venue and Travel info

This course is scheduled so that friends all over the world can join us from different times zones – the meeting times for our sessions are 6-9 pm each day and we will meet via Zoom, in one circle, but also with many opportunities to connect in smaller circles in Break Out Groups.

Please organise a place where you can lie down to practice yoga Nidra and still be visible to Uma and Nirlipta. This means setting up your phone, tablet or computer so that the camera can see you even when you lie down to practice yoga Nidra, side-on, from the head to the pelvis.

Tutorials between the two main online gatherings will be organised via telephone, zoom or WhatsApp chats – whichever platform suits you better. Details of these will be circulated after the first gathering.
