Come one, come all! Absolutely everybody is welcome to this nurturing weekend.
Whether you are a seasoned yoga nidra practitioner or are new to the practice and want to find out more, you are all welcome to attend these nourishing and informative weekends.
Our intention with this course is to provide a combination of theory and practice to give you a sound foundation (or to deepen your existing foundation) of understanding about what yoga nidra is and how it works, plus an opportunity to experience a full range of yoga nidra practices. It is both an ideal introduction to the practice of yoga nidra, and the perfect opportunity for those who have experienced it in partial or limited forms to encoutner the full specturm of approaches.
This course is about yoga nidra as a healing and transformative practice. We aim to help particpants awaken consciousness of sleep and dream with this tantrik practice of expanded awareness, which makes it possible to come alive to the source of well-being, happiness and purpose in every dimension of life. It introduces the therapeutic use of yoga nidra for healing, deep relaxation, creativity and problem solving, as well as for spiritual development and personal growth
