Ayur Mantra Yoga Nidra

A live recording of a practice that begins and ends with the chanting of the Ayur Mantra (from the Taittiriya-Aranyaka 4.15, chanted by Silvia Grillo), a powerful healing mantra from the Indian tradition. With this Mantra we ask (to the Divine Force) for a long life, health for the body and clarity of mind, both for ourselves and for others, mentioning the different parts of the physical and energetic body. Suitable for everybody (the practice is in Italian). Una pratica registrata dal vivo, che inizia e finisce con il canto dell'Ayur Mantra (Taittiriya-Aranyaka 4.15), un mantra di guarigione molto potente, molto conosciuto ed utilizzato nella tradizione indiana con cui si chiede (alla forza divina) di avere una lunga vita, salute per il corpo e chiarezza e stabilità per la mente, sia per noi stessi che per tutte le altre persone. Nel mantra vengono nominate le varie parti del corpo sia fisico che energetico. Il mantra è cantato da Silvia Grillo seguendo le regole della tradizione. La pratica (in italiano) è adatta a tutti.
