Restorative Pranic Nidra

This yoga nidra is recorded at the end of a restorative practice with a focus on leaning into our backside, finding support in the spine, the occiput and the sacrum. Sensing into the energy of life and the stability, support and strength in ourselves. This yoga nidra will invite you into this lifegiving energy inside of you, and at the same time create a place for you to settle in your own self.

Inviting the prana of breath into every part of your body to give energy and the sweet kiss of your awareness on every part of your body to create relaxation and the feeling of safety.

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this service freely.

Thank you.
