Saggezza ciclica femminile - Female Cyclic Wisdom


Inizio con una breve introduzione per sentire il peso del corpo e l’abbraccio accogliente della terra.

Intenzione: ripristinare la saggezza ciclica del femminile nella vita e nel corpo.

La consapevolezza mentale si manifesta con un fiore che sboccia, nella rotazione della consapevolezza attorno al corpo,  il corpo si ricopre di fiorellini luminosi appena sbocciati e diventa un prato fiorito come a primavera. 

Porto poi il flusso di energia nel canale cuore-grembo: espiro dal cuore al grembo ed inspiro dal grembo al cuore. Per aprire infine uno spazio nel grembo dove lasciare posto alla propria saggezza femminile di manifestarsi.


I start with a brief introduction to feel the weight of the body and the welcoming hug of the Earth.

The intention is to ri-establish the female cyclic wisdom both in our daily life and in ur body. 

The mental awareness arises int he form of a blossoming flower and during the rotation around the body the body is covered by shining flowers just blossomed and it becomes a luscious, flowered lawn, like in spring.

I then bring the flow of energy in the heart-womb channel (hridaya-yony nadi): exhale from your heart into your womb, inhale from your womb into your heart. To open, eventually, a place in your womb to welcome  your female wisdom and allow her to manifest.
