This is a precious gift: a yoga nidra practice (around 40 minutes) recorded live at the Winter Bhakti Fest at Matara near Tetbury, Stroud on the morning of Sunday 11th February, 2013. The intention of the practice was to promote deep calm and peace in the midst of an all-night bhakti yoga event: it worked! We have had fabulous feedback from those who were there so we are delighted to be able to share it with you. Please bear in mind that it is a live recording with over a hundred people in the room and there is some incidental background noise. Even so, its well worth a listen.
Contributing to the Yoga Nidra Network
We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.
If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this service freely.
