Sweet summer light and love to you all.
It has been my honour and delight this summer to be travelling far and wide, sharing the rivers of honey which are experiences of Total Yoga Nidra. Many beautiful and profound encounters with the practice have occurred, in the training courses and retreats which have been offered from Athens to the the fast west of Ireland.
The very first intensive Total Yoga Nidra Teacher and Facilitator training on Inishmore, in the Aran Islands off the coast of counties Galway and Clare (see picture above), offered extraordinary opportunities to swim deep in Nidra Shakti. Greek students offered a warm welcome for the practice in the heart of Athens, and here in Stroud, the latest teacher training group enjoyed a sunny weekend of exquisite nidra in the Cotswolds. So many grateful thanks and appreciation to all who have attended and supported these courses, and who are now sharing yoga nidra with their students and friends.
More rivers of honey will be flowing freely this weekend as I share Total Yoga Nidra with Christopher Gladwell at Buddhafield in Dorset and with Nirlipta Tuli at the Devon Yoga Festival next weekend. Looking into August, at the Wilderness festival and our own Santosa Bhakti and Yoga Camp near Glastonbury, teams of accomplished Nidra teachers be offering much delicious nidra to enjoy, and back in London, thanks to the inspiration and hard work of Ben Wolff, Londoners continue to delight in the weekly Nidra baths at Good Vibes in Covent Garden.
Looking ahead there will be a weekend foundation courses in Oslo and Manchester, and more nidra in London and Stroud. I give deep thanks for the chance to share such beauty and healing in the world, and look forward to welcoming you at one of the offerings that are coming up later in the summer and on into the autumn months.
Through the practice land sharing of Yoga Nidra may we all thrive and grow!
