Total Yoga Nidra (creative nidra drawing on multiple schools / styles of nidra)

TYN Recording

This is a 15 min Nidra, it was the one I recorded on the TYN teaching course. It can be enjoyed by beginners of the practice as well as more experienced yoga Nidra practitioners. There is a visualisations section in there but I have tried to pull in all the senses so that the practice is available to a wider audience. I hope you enjoy the practice.

Wells of Wisdom (bi-lingual)

Beautiful bilingual Well of Wisdom (Irish & English). 25.41 mins. A nourishing ‘down to earth’ track from Ireland. Inviting a deep sense of connection with the earth, with the resonance of this magical land and language, with nature and inner nature. It opens us up to the deep well of wisdom that is…the heart. The Celts had an outdoor spirituality, the essence of which was presence. Natural rhythm was honoured, there was a deep connection with the earth. Wells were regarded as sacred places, they had a divine presence. Bathing in the wells was believed to invite wisdom and healing.
