Recorded October 31 2020 on a full moon, with classic rotation, heart centre gratitude opening, circle breath with cycles of the moon visualisation, journey in the slowing landscape...a sense of being on the cusp of new lockdown and mulching down into winter
For me, one of the most treasured and powerful forms of the Yoga Nidra practice is that of full release. It is not always the most ecological in terms of our life because the contentment and perspective that can arise when we are able to fully let go and allow can transform many things. This recording is designed to capture the energy of the Fall so that we can let go with mother earth. Careful with this one, pick the right set and setting.
A 20 minute yoga nidra celebrating the Autumn Equinox. This is a spacious nidra which supports a letting go and a dropping into ourselves as we descend from the heights of summer and move into a period of reflection and composting. The intention behind this practice is simply to be at ease and allow mystery to touch you.
Autumn themed Nidra created for a women's circle, cues are based on the female body. Guides you down through the central channel of the body and lets the wind blow away any clutter of stuckness to leave a bright clear space where stars are lit on the marma points (with some additional locations).
This 30 minute live nidra was recorded during one of my yoga classes. It is an invitation to let go of all things that don't serve us any longer, just like the trees let go of their leaves to prepare for winter season. It is also an invitation to tune in with the energy of autumn, taking a walk in a beautiful forest, connecting with the wisdom of the trees and the silence of nature.
