This wild yoga nidra is inspired by the Goddess and Saint Brigid and was recorded in the woods on a glorious Spring day. Please listen if you would like to relax deeply.
With gratitude to the Total Yoga Nidra community and special thanks to Nirlipta Tuli, Theo Wildcroft and all those on the YNTT Jan - March 2020.
Part of a collection of field recordings from yoga camps in the summer of 2019. New themes, new stories and a lingering taste of summer. More here:https://www.wildyoga.co.uk/online/yoga-nidra/
This one's my favourite of the bunch. 15 minutes
Autumn themed Nidra created for a women's circle, cues are based on the female body. Guides you down through the central channel of the body and lets the wind blow away any clutter of stuckness to leave a bright clear space where stars are lit on the marma points (with some additional locations).
Tobar na Críonnachta - Well of Wisdom, as Gaelige – in Irish. 20.08 mins. A nourishing ‘down to earth’ track guided in the Irish language. Inviting a deep sense of connection with the earth, with the resonance of this magical land and language, with nature and inner nature. It opens us up to the deep well of wisdom that is…the heart. The Celts had an outdoor spirituality, the essence of which was presence. Natural rhythm was honoured, there was a deep connection with the earth. Wells were regarded as sacred places, they had a divine presence.
