I am light

This 26 minute nidra was recorded during my slow flow & yoga nidra class. 

The intention of this nidra is to welcome all that arises, every emotion  feeling and sensation and to release all that we wish to let go off and nourish ourselves with whatever it is we feel we need..  

We start this nidra by going to our happy and safe space, followed by connecting to the flow of breath releasing anything that doesn't serve us with every exhale. 

Well wish Nidra

This Nidra is full of invitations, warmth and welcome. It invites you to sense/feel/ know a well wish from the earth extended to you. Then it invites you to offer this well wish it to yourself. It lasts around 15 minutes and there is some background noise at points. Enjoy with love from me.

A yoga nidra to offer self-compassion

This 23 minute was shared in a Women's Circle, with the intention to welcome a space to offer ourselves self-compassion. The settling process begins with an invitation to visualize yourself at a lake under a moonlit sky, a Himalayan rotation follows with the invitation of offering compassion to each part of the body, and opposites exploring the feeling of taking really good care of ourselves and disregarding our needs are suggested. The whole of the nidra is accompanied by the sansula.
