Awareness Yoga Nidra

This yoga nidra leads your through the kosha layers of body, breath, emotions, thoughts and love before guiding you to sense yourself as awareness...the unchanging in which ever-changing experiences arise and dissolve. This nidra is infused with sound healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. It is the final nidra from Myriam's Nidra Journey.

Web of Life

On March 12, 2020, after having spent the last 5 years completely dedicated to practicing and developing the skills and wisdom required to induce an experience of radical healthfulness, healing, freedom, and wonder person to person, I walked into The HPRC Connection knowing that it was going to be my last opportunity for some time to make and share some the most meaningful art I have ever created.

I was more than ready. As is often the case, I was inspired to the point of tears on my drive to Eureka. There is nothing I believe in more strongly than the value of Yoga Nidra.

Tara's Scissors Nidra

This total yoga nidra uses Tara's scissors to cut you free of any unwanted addictions or attachments, guided by the wisdom of the heart. The recording was made in the urban wilderness of a London park, and it has the sound of the wind to support the energy of change and transformation.

Heart Centered Yoga Nidra for feeling safe and grounded

This heart centred grouding nidra was recorded in Hong Kong in February 2020 as a response to the fear anxiety surrounding the corona virus outbreak. An adaptation of Louise Hay's affirmation for transforming anxiety "I am at peace with the journey of life. I am safe" is suggested. The nidra ends with sending love out to Hong Kong, China, the world and oneself. Tibetan singing bowls are played softly in the background and birds are heard singing.
