Shared this nidra during the beginning of 2020 with the intention of guiding participants to come back to themselves and set intentions for the New Year. The nidra ends with a poem by Lau Tze from about 5 BC.
This nidra was recorded live at a New Year workshop with the intention of connecting to our heartfelt desire and intention, Sankalpa. Kate guides you on a nourishing journey back to your quality of being that is already whole and complete.
This is a standout Nidra recording for several reasons. I chose to highlight 3 major tools of Nidra making it very accessible while also asking the deeper questions Nidra can illuminate. It very much shows synthesis and development in my presentation of the Nidra practice. This is Total Yoga Nidra to the core and draws from all of my usual inspirations: Neuro Linguistic Programming, Non-dual Shiva Tantra, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Richard Miller, Contact Improvisation, and Mother Earth Herself.
This live recording of this 28 minute 29 second nidra is the second nidra I created for a circle of women with burn out symptoms.
This nidra is an invitation to let go of the thinking mind, to go beyond the thinking mind and connect to the heart energy. And to even go in a little deeper and drop into the essence of your being, to come home to yourself.
This 35 minute DreamSong Nidra with two channeled/improvised songs is for those who want to open their gifts out into the world and blossom into full trust of life. This Nidra is also for balancing Giving and Receiving, for harmonising the constellation of your loved ones in your life, and for dropping into deep trust of yourself, and listening to your own intuition.
"I am not alone" - This 34 minute Nidra, with two improvised songs of the moment, brings about a balance and wholeness dropping into an expansion and openness of the heart but a solidifying of boundaries and protection.
This 33min Yoga Nidra was recorded live at Yoga Nidra and Kirtan evening at the Bhakti Shala in Poland 27 April 2019. It is offered in English by Sivani Mata with Paweł live translating into English, and invites you to be welcome. It closes with a poem from Hafiz – All I Know Is Love weaved with Om Namah Shivaya Kirtan.
