I am light

This 26 minute nidra was recorded during my slow flow & yoga nidra class. 

The intention of this nidra is to welcome all that arises, every emotion  feeling and sensation and to release all that we wish to let go off and nourish ourselves with whatever it is we feel we need..  

We start this nidra by going to our happy and safe space, followed by connecting to the flow of breath releasing anything that doesn't serve us with every exhale.

Yoga Nidra with Jude Murray accompanied  towards the end by Richard Harding on singing bowls.  Bear in mind It does get a little quiet towards the end as Richard offers singing bowl resonances to each participant, but his voice comes in to complete the Nidra. Inside Sunshine Yoga Nidra (shining the light of consciousness within)

This is a gentle and awakening 16 minute practice to invite the inner light of consciousness to shine. It has been so much enjoyed on our Online Yoga Nidra Foundation courses recently that I felt it was a good idea to share it here with everyone. I often use a practice such as this first thing in the mornings, and then the light which shines is the dawn light, brining the energy of the new day into the body.
