Bedtime Nidra Floating in Space

In this 16 minute nidra that was recorded in a studio with professional equipment (so good quality sound and no background noise or snoring yogi's ;-) you will be floating in space guided by dreamy sansula sounds.. there is no waking up at the end of this nidra so you can drift off in your dreamworld until the alarm will wake you up the next morning..

This nidra was recorded in studio 't Lab in Arnhem with the help of Peter Plijnaer..

Created with love, hope you will enjoy this one! ❤

Goodnight Yoga Nidra with Starry Night Rotation and Triangle Breathing.

A 28 minute yoga nidra to support you on your journey as you drift off to sleep or to help you rest deeply if you find yourself awake during the night or early morning. Koshi chimes are played as you settle into the practice and the sansula accompanies a starry night rotation. You are then guided through a quiet practice of triangle breathing. This practice is designed as a sleep practice and therefore does not awaken and ground you at the end, but invites you to drift off to sleep when you are ready you.

Recharge with the healing energy of the full moon

This 27 minute nidra was recorded during my one of my yoga nidra classes.

The intention of this nidra is to create a place of rest and invite for a reconnection with the breath and the energy of the full moon.

We start with a feeling of contentment, inviting gratitude in the heart space, followed by a nourishing rotation of consciousness recharging the body with the healing energy of the full moon.

*Singing bowls and wind chimes*

Enjoy!

A yoga nidra to offer self-compassion

This 23 minute was shared in a Women's Circle, with the intention to welcome a space to offer ourselves self-compassion. The settling process begins with an invitation to visualize yourself at a lake under a moonlit sky, a Himalayan rotation follows with the invitation of offering compassion to each part of the body, and opposites exploring the feeling of taking really good care of ourselves and disregarding our needs are suggested. The whole of the nidra is accompanied by the sansula.

A Sense of an Ending

This 15 minute yoga nidra was shared on the TYN Teacher and Facilitator course. It was created especially for the group to welcome a pause to reflect on our unfolding journey, and to explore a sense of an ending and the sense of a new beginning.

Safe and Sound at Home

A 15 minute Yoga Nidra designed to create a feeling of safety and security. Particularly useful for people who wish to alleviate a feeling of fear or anxiety when home alone. Recorded at the Total Yoga Nidra teacher training in London 2017
