However you currently sleep and dream, and whatever your gifts and challenges with sleep and dream, you are all warmly welcome to join these weekly circles facilitated by ex-insomniac and sleep expert, Nirlipta Tuli.
60 minute online session, Tuesday 8-9pm. (UK time). These sessions are weekly and run on a drop-in basis, simply book for each week you’d like to benefit from better sleep.
