(~24 min.) Lad liv og energi spire frem i din krop! Optaget i min mose og derfor komplet med fuglekvidder, kvækkende frøer, summende insekter og andre naturlyde.
[(~24 min.) Let life and energy sprout in your body! Recorded in my bog and complete with the chirping of birds, croaking frogs, buzzing insects and other nature sounds.]
This 40-minute nidra is nature-based, at the time of the fertile darkness of the new moon in grey, dormant January. There is the merest hint of new shoots, a knowledge that life is underground. After earthing and time in the warm, intimate cave of the heart, there is a Himalayan rotation, alternation of opposites, a visualisation taking cues from the fertile landscape, trees and creatures here at Viveka Gardens in Devon. Given as a Friday Night Nidra on 12.01.18.
This 18 minute Wild Nidra was recorded by starlight, on my phone by the banks of the Caher river in the Burren in County Clare. It was very dark, close to midnight, and there's some rustling in the reeds at the start. It's worth persevering through the rustle, to hear the Nidra floating on the running water.
This 22 minute practice is a naturally arising experience of 'wild nidra' that occurred at Hawkwood College, in the beautiful Stroud Valleys in the South Cotswolds. It's a sunny February morning, on the last day of a Womb Wisdom retreat led by myself and Alexandra Pope. There are twenty-four women in the room, and a number of birds singing outside.
