Autumn themed Nidra created for a women's circle, queues are based on the female body. Guides you down through the central channel of the body and lets the wind blow away any clutter of stuckness to leave a bright clear space where stars are lit on the marma points (with some additional locations).
This 23min Yoga Nidra was recorded live at a Women's Yoga Circle at Happy Om studio in Norwich 20 October 2018 in the morning. It is a simple Yoga Nidra that invites the dancing English autumn sun to shine on each part of the body in turn. It closes with a poem from Lalleshwari which celebrates the beauty of the day.
I recorded this especially for a client whose baby was breech to support the baby to turn head down. Please see also the handout on my website www.tessayoga.co.uk/pregnancy-resources for asanas to help.
