Nidra recorded in a women's circle at spring equinox, spring flowers opening on the body in Satyananda based rotation starting on left side, deep trance with hypnotic counting of breath and resting in the moment before the in breath. Opening and ending with drumming.
Recorded at a live workshop, this nidra holds the intention to embrace both coolness and heat with equanimity. It introduces a phoenix-like creature to support the transformative possibilities of menopause.
Warme groet, Diana.

The inspiration for this Nidra comes from the teachings of the Yoga-Vasistha and the story of Bhusunda. Bhusunda is an enlightened, peaceful, person, born of goddesses, manifest as a crow, on a wish-fulfilling tree on Mount Meru (another name for sushumna) which peaks in the heavens. This nidra follows the practise of contemplation of the life-force (prana), pranayama and visualisation.
17min Wild Nidra for falling asleep to, recorded by the Rio Brugent (the Babbling River) in Catalunya as the sun was setting. With starry night rotation on marma points and a gentle journey down the dream river. Some queues are based on the female anatomy.
