This 22 minute sleep nidra is specially designed to not wake you up at the end, so you can continue to sleep after the practice. It was developed by Nirlipta as a result of his personal experience in the field of sleep: as a yoga nidra teacher, as a hypnotherapist, and as an ex-insomniac who cured his own condition using a synthesis of these techniques.
This is a live recording of a morning practice delivered specially for the yoginis at the Bright family / Birthlight Centre in Moscow. It is the third of three daily nidra practices that were all translated by Natalia Pylaeva, who was the interpreter for the Womb yoga/Well Woman yoga therapy training course, April 2013. Thank you so much Natalia for giving this yoga nidra a beautiful Russian voice.
This is a precious gift: a yoga nidra practice (around 40 minutes) recorded live at the Winter Bhakti Fest at Matara near Tetbury, Stroud on the morning of Sunday 11th February, 2013. The intention of the practice was to promote deep calm and peace in the midst of an all-night bhakti yoga event: it worked! We have had fabulous feedback from those who were there so we are delighted to be able to share it with you.
