This 40-minute nidra is nature-based, at the time of the fertile darkness of the new moon in grey, dormant January. There is the merest hint of new shoots, a knowledge that life is underground. After earthing and time in the warm, intimate cave of the heart, there is a Himalayan rotation, alternation of opposites, a visualisation taking cues from the fertile landscape, trees and creatures here at Viveka Gardens in Devon. Given as a Friday Night Nidra on 12.01.18. Practise some gentle yoga moves with breath awareness to bring a dreamy state and do this nidra in your own nest.
We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.
If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.
