Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training
I grew up in a very spiritual family, where the personal search for self-knowledge, expansion of consciousness and meditation were always present.
From 13 to 22 years old, I acted as leader of a group of young people in a philanthropic institution: organization of congresses, retreats, teacher, speaker and in the arts in general (theater, music, dance, etc.). Yoga practitioner since the age of 16.
Graduated in Business Administration, postgraduate in Business Management, and MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing; and worked for 15 years as a manager in large multinationals. During this period, she held groups for women and for physical activities (sometimes yoga) as a ‘refuge’ from this extremely demanding world of work.
After discovering the pain of endometriosis and undergoing a laparoscopy, I did a total life review and decided to seek my healing on several levels: physical, psychic, emotional, spiritual – and a life purpose that made sense with BEING, FEELING and the DO. I took several courses: Mindfulness, Ayurveda for Women, Reiki, Natural Ginecology, Crystal Therapy, Sound Healing, Aroma and Chromotherapy, and others.
I found in Yoga, then more specifically in Yoni Shakti, my self-healing, balance and integral well-being without dependence on any medications.
And I currently help women along this path through empowerment, well-being and reconnection with the feminine.
Graduated as a Yoga Teacher by Yoganaya International School RYT500h Yoga Alliance. Sound Healing Therapist certified by Soundfulness Education. Ayurveda Therapist; Reikiana; Initiated in Native Path, facilitator of Women’s Circles for 12 years, in addition to promoting Cocoa’s Ceremonies and spiritual practices.
