I am Dr Stanford Wong, a yoga teacher who is also medically trained in mental health and maternity care. I came into the physical practice of yoga during my teens for flexibility, but fell in love with the practice of stillness and breath. First encountered the practice of Yoga Nidra with Uma while I was trained for pregnancy yoga in 2019; and it has changed my practice completely. The focus has gone beyond asana and pranayama, it cultivates our attention and focus within. The benefit goes beyond physical and mental wellbeing, but also into our spiritual growth. I am happy to offer group session, 1 to 1 or partner works.
