Penny Horner : All Being Yoga
Penny likes to bring accessible and restorative yoga to all. She specialises in yoga for women and for vulnerable groups.
She has been practicing yoga all her adult life and has a personal daily ashtanga practice.
Yoga nidra is an important part of her own practice and she loves to share its nourishing therapeutic benefits in her teaching.
