After years of ill health & high stress, I found myself signing up to a 3yr teacher training course in tai chi..this was out desperation rather than inspiration. Realising that these arts alone cant calm the mind, I found myself drawn to the deep inner peace within yoga nidra. It was the missing jigsaw piece for me. Combined these arts are deeply healing.
