I live in West London and am an IT Consultant by profession. About 4 years ago, I attended a yoga retreat in Turkey where I discovered Yoga Nidra for the first time. At the time I was working for a Global Corporation and had been suffering with work related stress and anxiety for a few years. I fell in love with the practice of Yoga Nidra immediately and wanted to learn more about it but it took time for me to do anything about it. By early 2016 I felt I was starting to break out of this state of constant anxiety, helplessness and self-loathing and Yoga Nidra was instrumental in helping me to do so. Then in 2017 I completed the Total Yoga Nidra Teacher and Facilitator Training with Uma and Nirlipta.
I have a personal practice and I have led the Yoga Nidra practice at a couple of workshops. I want to share the practice of Yoga Nidra, especially with people who can relate to the situation I describe above and are also suffering with work related stress and anxiety. I can work on a one to one basis or in small groups.
