I began teaching yoga in 2000, after several months training at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India. I returned there years later to study Vedic chanting. My first teacher training was with Godfrey Devereux, and I am now a qualified yoga therapist (Yoga Campus). I have also trained in pregnancy yoga and baby yoga (with Uma and Birthlight) and my practice is now steeped in the juice that is Womb Yoga, which brings me great joy and peace as well as the opportunity to meet within circles of women regularly

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.
