I crossed paths with yoga as a student and couldn't believe how in the space of an hour I could feel so different, so much better. We live in very fast paced culture and I love the balance yoga gifts us. After practising Yoga Nidra I would sleep so well and the calmness from the practise carried with me outside of the studio.
In 2019 I trained with the Yoga Nidra Network. Students love my classes for being a space to restore, switch off and tune in to themselves. There is a particular focus, in my classes, on healing stress the body is carrying.
Beyond the yoga studio, I have been working to support children, young people and adults with their wellbeing and mental health over the last decade.
