Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with Yoga Nidra Network)
I am a qualified yoga teacher (Yoga Professionals). I began my yoga journey 24 years ago and have studied and been influenced by a variety of practices including Iyengar, Hatha, Kashmari and Satanander. I successfully completed the Total Yoga Nidra Training with Uma and Nurlipta in 2016 and I completed the Yoga Therapy Diploma with Yoga Campus in 2018. I offer Yoga Nidra in my general classes, and in one to one yoga therapy as well as occasional retreats and yoga holidays. Yoga Nidra is something I practice myself and I can honestly say has been transformational on a personal level.
