Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with Yoga Nidra Network)
Since my first Yoga Teacher training in 2019, I have been practicing Yoga Nidra regularly. The first time I got in touch with Yoga Nidra I felt so good during and after the practice of Yoga Nidra, that I knew that one day I will dive deeper in to this practice, which I did with the Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training with Nirlipta and Uma at the beginning of 2023.
