I am a Hatha Yoga teacher and Yoga Nidra teacher who works in West/East Sussex and London.  I love working with a mixture of either gentle or strong Hatha with a beautifully nourishing Yoga Nidra to finish.  I'm really keen to share what I have learnt with everyone and would love to let the world know how amazing Yoga Nidra is.  I feel that I have found my hearts desire in teaching this beautiful practice and cannot wait to explore different styles. My experience of Yoga Nidra has been amazing, from being a huge fan to now being a teacher feels like such an achievement and a real treat that I can share. I would love to learn sound healing and mix the sound healing with Yoga Nidra in the future. I currently teach in East Grinstead, Sharpthorne, Horley and West London.
