I had the opportunity and pleasure of training with the Yoga Nidra Network Team from 2018 to 2019. I found it fascinating to discover the many different forms/styles of yoga nidra, just as I have always been fascinated by the different routes that people can choose to discover a way of relaxing deeply, resting he body and the mind; and being open to new possibilities of enhancing personal well-being to thrive instead of just to survive in the chaotic times we share in this world..... Creating a space for a peace of mind, and a body free of tension is a gift we all deserve to have, and a joy to share. To reset the mind and body is a pure tonic for reducing dis-ease; ultimately contributing towards minimizing disease in the physical body too. As the saying goes, to share is to care......
