I teach a flowing style of hatha yoga. Each movement follows the natural rhythm of the breath. This yoga stretches and strengthens muscles and improves circulation. We practice dynamically, making time to watch how our bodies and minds react to the experience. I discovered Yoga in London in 1994, starting with athletic Astanga Vinyasa. I have since sampled a number of dynamic and calm forms of hatha yoga and developed my personal style. Over the years, I have introduced more meditative elements to my practice and teaching, and now incorporate Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga in my classes on a regular basis - changing the world one savasana at a time, as Judith Hanson Lasater likes to say.
