Estudié Psicología, me especialicé en Terapia Gestalt, Psicofarmacología de las Adicciones y algunas cosas más que sirvieron de base para después adentrarme en las profundidades de la conciencia a través del yoga, el Yoga Nidrā, y las plantas medicinales.
Un espíritu de búsqueda muy temprano, y una insatisfacción casi constante en mi vida, fueron los principales motivos que me llevaron a Rishikesh, India, en el 2006, para hacer un voluntariado. Fue allí donde, curiosamente, probé mi primera clase de yoga. En este viaje, me di cuenta de que ya no podía vivir como antes. Sabía que tenía que cambiar algo en lo más profundo, y que no iba a ser tarea fácil.
¡Menuda aventura comenzó ahí! La aventura de comenzar a comprender que quién soy, no lo puedo descubrir a través de mi mentalidad, sino a través de la mente que nos crea, el gran misterio de la fuerza vital que vive dentro del potencial de la especie humana.
En los últimos 13 años, me he formado y practicado en diversos linajes, desde los más estrictos hasta los más creativos.
Cuando no estoy viajando para compartir y estudiar más profundamente, imparto talleres, seminarios, y sesiones regulares de yoga, psicología y Yoga Nidrā en Barcelona, que es donde actualmente vivo.

I studied Psychology and specialized in Gestalt Therapy, Addiction Psychopharmacology, and other areas which have served as a base for me to dive into the depths of consciousness through yoga, Yoga Nidrā, and medicinal plants.
From a young age I had a seeker's spirit and an almost constant dissatisfaction in my life; these were the main motives that brought me to Rishikesh, India, in 2006 as a volunteer. It was there, curiously enough, that I tried my first yoga class. On that trip, I realized that I could not live as I had before. I knew something very deep had to change, and that it would not be an easy task.
What an adventure thus began! The adventure of beginning to understand that I can not discover who I am through my mind, but rather through the mind which creates us, the great mystery of the vital force that lives within the potential of the human species.
In the last 13 years, always a student, I dedicated to the path of yoga, I have trained and practiced in diverse lineages, from the strictest to the most creative.
When I am not traveling to share and study more deeply, I share the teachings of yoga, psychology, and Yoga Nidrā through workshops, retreats, and regular sessions in Barcelona, which is where I currently live.
