Yoga and meditation have been part of my life since childhood and it has only been in the last decade of pregnancy and motherhood that I have really appreciated their healing, restorative and life-enhancing benefits. The impact and importance of my practice have been so transformative to me personally that I began sharing it with others, completing teacher trainings in meditation and yoga nidra in Goa, India in 2016 and 2017. In the summer of 2018 I completed the Total Yoga Nidra TT in Stroud, UK and later that year trained in Sound Healing using Tibetan Singing bowls in Goa. In July 2019 I completed a training on using yoga and yoga nidra for healing trauma with Molly Birkholm at the Sivananda Ashram in Austria.
I share yoga nidra sessions from my home and in studios in Hong Kong. My sessions are accompanied by sound healing, heart-centered meditation and mindful movement; a journey to deep relaxation and restoration.
I am passionate about sharing these practices as I believe that only when we connect to the peace and love inside us can we truly begin to solve the big issues facing humanity.
