Namaste I am a senior yoga teacher and yoga therapist and have taken further training in Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater. Yoga Nidra, Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga For Menopause Support with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli whom I met whilst training in Yoga Therapy, these two teachers have been influential in my growth as a teacher and therapist. I am the founder of Yoga Therapy For You and run a small studio in the lovely market town of Epworth where I run a monthly menopause support group, teach pre/post natal yoga, regular classes and therapeutic workshops. Passionate about promoting healing, vitality and wellbeing through the practice of yoga and that anyone with anybody can practice at any stage of life.
