Richelle van Gerwen

Hi there! My name is Richelle and I am living in Arnhem, the Netherlands. I am lucky enough to be able to share from my heart my biggest passions in life: my love for yoga and Thai yoga massage. During my vinyasa teacher training in 2017 I experienced my first live yoga nidra. It was amazing! I remember feeling calm, relaxed, content and at the same time energized and recharged afterwards. My head was clear and my first thought was: "wow, what an easy, delicious and powerful way to let go of everything for a moment, to recharge and reconnect with myself! I would love to learn how to deliver nidra and share this amazing practice!" After some research I found the Yoga Nidra Network in London and truly loved Uma and Nirlipta's work so I decided to join the Immersion weekend and sign up for the Total Yoga Nidra Training in London. My nidras are in Dutch and for me it is really important to create a safe and cosy space where everyone feels welcome. A place to relax and recharge. A moment just for you to reconnect with your breath, to reconnect with yourself. I really hope you will enjoy my nidras! <3
