Hi I'm Sarah. I have been practicing yoga since 2001 and am a wife and mum to two boys.
I have been teaching since 2013. I took my 200 hour yoga alliance training with Bridget Woods Kramer. I am qualified with Birthlight as a pregnancy, postnatal and baby yoga teacher and I qualified with To Baby and Beyond to teach Baby Massage. I trained to teach meditation with Beanddo, and restorative yoga with Adelene Cheong. I have taken many other trainings and workshops and continue to do so as I love to learn new things and pass them on to my students.
I trained with Yoga Nidra Network in 2020 and absolutely love both practicing and teaching to a wide variety of students. I now have a large library of yoga nidra recordings from classes which can be accessed via my website as well as some free ones and other resources.
I teach a range of regular classes from Adult Hatha Yoga, to Pregnancy Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga. I offer friendly, calming classes. which are supportive of each person as an individual, I give lots of alternatives so that everyone can work at their own pace and with their own body so that their yoga is suited to their needs.
I offer meditation and yoga nidra throughout all my classes. I also teach meditation courses and monthly classes for deep rest focussing on restorative yoga, meditation and yoga nidra.
